We have 10 stations spread throughout the plant. This system is used by our operators and quality personnel to monitor the consistency of the process based on the dimensions being taken against the established quality assurance inspection plan. Inspection frequencies are automatically tracked with feedback to the machinist.
Total stations: 10
This system allows all exterior dimensions and tolerances of a part to be programmed into the instrument and get instant readings.

Automatic SMART Inspection System is a full-featured, non-contact video profile measurement and inspection system that allows users to measure multiple dimensions on a part simultaneously and instantly.
Total stations: 1
These machines use a measuring probe to determine coordinates of points on a workpiece surface. They provide precise measurements of objects for design, testing, assessment, profiling, and reverse engineering of parts.

Roundness and concentricity measuring machines are sophisticated inspection devices that measure various circular or cylindrical features.

Optical Comparators use vision technology to the inspect precision machined parts. Comparators project a magnified silhouette of a part upon the screen, and the dimensions and geometry of the part are measured against prescribed limits

Various micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, height gauges are strategically placed throughout the plant to make measurement tasks quick and easy to execute. Rable uses a very robust calibration system and we have a dedicated Gage Technician that not only stages each job but also verifies calibration after job completion and prior to returning the gage to its storage location. Gage Track is our calibration tracking software.
This instrument measures the thread pitch diameter of an internally or externally-threaded component.
Capacity: System Ranges From .072" to 1 -5/8 " with an accuracy of .00025".
Profilometers are measuring instruments used to measure a surface's profile, in order to quantify its roughness. Critical dimensions such as step, curvature, flatness are computed from the surface topography.
Bore Gauges are tools used in the process of accurately measuring holes in a variety of precision machined components.
Capacity: .06" Dia. to .350" accurate to .0001"
Height Gauges measure the distance from a reference surface, such as a surface plate, to some feature of a part with speed and accuracy.
Capacity: 12.0" and .0001 Graduations.
