Rescuing Troubled Projects

Another unique service we provide customers is our ability to help them rescue troubled projects.  No matter how hard everyone tries, sometimes things just don’t work out.  When this happens, we’ll be there when you need us most.  We have a long track record of helping our customers work through many difficult issues. 

There are three kinds of rescue projects we can help you with:

• Troubled Suppliers.  The most devastating is when a supplier suddenly shuts their doors or gets shut down by their bank.  We have developed a step by step process to deal with these situations.  Its not unusual for us to be able to get parts flowing again in just a few weeks.
• Natural Disasters.  Sometimes Mother Nature is the culprit.  A tornado, flood or hurricane shuts down one of your operations.  When this happens, you can count on Rable Machine to be there when you need us most.
• Technical Difficulty.  Occasionally you run into situations where a supplier is simply unable to get PPAP approval from your customer and time is running out.  In these situations, we are happy to step in and help you solve the problem by helping the current supplier fix the issue or by taking over the project completely…which ever you decide is best.
